Transfering .vcd files to .mp3 format

Is this possible? I have GCFScape, found the breencasts and want to put em into my phone(Yes, I love breen that much.) but my phone only supports .mp3 format.

Go to the sound folder and find the sounds files. VCD files are Faceposer files.

Okay, now I'm confused... Where do I find the sound folder and it's root folder?
