Twitching when shot

Just curious, everyone knows when you would grab somone with the blue grv gun and drop them they would twitch on the ground, well is there a command for that, or if not a command is there a way to code other guns to make people twitch on the ground when shot and maybe you can edit the twitch so that is could be made shorter or could be made longer, something like that (This is coming from a person that doesn't know much about codeing, don't flame me its just a thought)

That might be getting a bit advanced and into the coding of the game itself rather than console commands.

yeah...like if you popped a guy in the head...he'd of course crumple to the ground, like they usually do...but, say, his left arm (or both arms or legs etc.) would jerk about ever so slightly...then gradually stop...that'd be neat...

Lol. Reminds me of Red Faction 2 when you shot somebody with the NanoGL dead on and abothe the waist, you'd see the normal grenade explosion and when the smoke cleared, there'd be a big cloud of red and two legs and a waist standing where the dude just was. Then they'd kneel to the ground.
