*Urgent* Can't choose a game to edit

I have tried rebooting steam but it doesn't affect it. Anyway heres my problem:

try clicking the arrow lol. i dont know whats going on but earlier today it told be i didnt have cstrike installed so try restarting steam or clicking refresh sdk content.

If you look the arrow is clicked. I've fixed it now anyway.

lol it said i dident have cs:s installed too i was like wtf is goin on so i just restarted steam

lol i just double clicked on cstrike and selected install and it took about half a second to supposedly reinstall it lol
