Categorical "No" for this one. It would take a lot of effort to port all those games over, and there probably wouldn't be much interest for older titles, especially the older Multiplayer titles. CS, CS:CZ, DoD, Half-Life and TFC are all super-seeded by much newer Source versions and would struggle to find fans on a current generation console (Ricochet and Deathmatch Classic would also have this problem). Development time on getting the MP games working over the Live network would be wasted, since no-one would be playing them.
As for the Source-based games, nothing has been said of the possibility of their arrival on Current generation consoles... but it isn't entirely unlikely that they will ever make the jump. When Episode Three is released, for instance, Valve / EA may be looking to beef up the package with extra titles, Orange Box style. Counter Strike Source, Day of Defeat Source and Half-Life Source could fit the bill.
Half-Life 2: Lost Coast could quite easily turn up as a downloadable Extra for Orange Box over Live, but there is no guarantee.
