First off...I'm not talking about Websense or browsing blocks. I'm talking about (what I'm guessing) port blocks. I'm at work right now on my computer. I can surf just fine but any program besides MSN messenger cannot connect to the internet.

I heard that a guy that worked here a year+ ago had a program that was an HTTP tunnel or something where they could run kazaa and anything they wanted. I've looked into some programs but they don't do the trick.

Any help?
