I keep getting a weird problem with a compile on an smg replacement. I put my model in, reassigned all the bones to the correct vertices on the weapon replacement. I move them a bit so they are in better position for the gun, but when I compile I get the following (from a view weapon perspective, moved out a bit)
now if you look at it, from the elbow to about mid-arm is fine then, what it looks like to me is all the vertices got rotated somehow. In the smg1_reference.smd, everything is straight and looks fine. Anybody know what is going wrong?
