What are "warez"?

This is the first time I have heard of them and dont know what they are. From what I have read they are sites that let you download stolen software. I have no desire to find them but, only wish to know what they are.

they are basicaly B***S*** web site that require you to sign up for pornography and most of the site's are impossible to get to the software


p.s. just try and think of the most obvius web adress using Warez

Warez sites say that you can download games, apps, movies, and stuff like that. But truly, it's illegal to have a website purporting such things, so most of the stuff there are fake and contain many misleading links (p*rn).
Don't do warez.
