No, but you're not running GMod with 384 megs of RAM. I have a gig, and it crashes on me all the time with out of memory errors. So don't bother.

i can hear the sounds but i cant see a thing

You can't see shit because your RAM and video card are not powerful enough. You can't play the game.

I don't see how you even ran HL2...?

I've run GMod using 256MB RAM, and a Geforce 2 MX. Don't underestimate Source scalability.

The space on your hard drive isn't memory. Buy a graphics card, it'd be worth it. And buy some more memory. It could be your memory that's playing up, or the settings in it which aren't supported by your system.

Until it crashes. We know what we're talking about. I ran it on 512 and it was fine for about 5 minutes, so I upgraded. (Then GMod became pay-to-play and, quite frankly, I couldn't pay, so meh.)

You could try to find an old vid card online for less than $100.

Or maybe this is a sign from God that you should do something else. Like take up soccer. Hell, learn to play the recorder, those damn things are like $10.
