Once i made a sick shot with the crossbow sniper i did a headshot and sent the person flying against the wall but i really wanted to see a slow mo recording of it so i think they should add a slow mo recoding thing or something.

If you record a demo and play it back you can play it as slow as you want with the demo tool (SHIFT + F2).

It is a feature of the game. You can record a 'demo' while you play, and load it after you finish. It's a sort of movie, but it's exactly how you played the game. Google for source demo playback or similar.
