The USA a superpower? LOL. The US government is so far in the red financially to other countries (China included) it's tittering on the point of complete economic collapse (blame the federal reserve). The only value the US Dollar has in the overseas market place is down to it's OPEC backed hegemony with the sale and purchase of Oil. When that lifeline inevitably gives way the US will be plunged into the dark ages.
