Will they ever make HL: source available for those who have already bought hl2 retail (hl2 + cs:s)

I mean i don't want to have to buy hl2 again through steam to get hl source

also do I have to have hl original to play hl:source???

I'm pretty sure HL:S is just new water effects, ragdolls, and improved models.

no bump-mapping, yes ragdoll physics, no new models, but new explosion effects and water.
