I need about 8 hours sleep otherwise im zombie like, but in most cases, I never get those 8 hours of sleep 
Last year I was running off about 4 or 5 hours a sleep a night, my schedule would be go to school, fall asleep, go to work, get home after midnight, chat, go to bed late, repeat.
