When we know the next release date would you camp out infront of the Valve office and wait for it?

People do it for Star Wars. Why not do it for the most anticipated game ever. If I lived near Valve I would. Just for the fun of it. One big party a week before.

If anyone wants to sponsor me and pay for my air ticket from Australia I would do it. *cough*

If that no was because I'd miss too much important stuff, then I'd vote for it. But as the case is...

I wouldn't camp out anywhere for any game, least of all a development office... everyone else will be camping outside computer game stores! ;)

u guys are perverts if u look at porno strippers

Hell Yes! This game looks amazing, plus it'd be a new experiance to try.

Does anyone know where it's shipping from? If WA, I am a very very lucky man.

bwahahahahahahahahahahhaha

how old are you son ?

:afro:

Doubtful, it may be hard to find at gamer stores like EBGames, but I bet I could snag a copy at Best Buy or a crappy GameStop.

If someone did organise a camp out Valve would love the group for life. Would give the game free promotion and would probably get on the news. lol.

Valve work in a shared building on the 10th floor, that elevator is going to be crowded.

I don't think the news story would be saying anything good about the people that would do it...

No. Psychiatrist would freak.

"Group of gamers camp out waiting for a game. Games are violent blah blah blah".

But hey bad publicity is better than no publicity.

Thats why they should hire security guards wielding crowbars to keep everyone out of the office.

I suppose.

I chose no because I already reserved it so there will be a copy waiting for me when its released.

I think about hot chicks and cold beer, but for some reason I always get the warm beer and cold chicks.....

I stood in line for AC/DC, I will again next time, but HL2? I would just order it.

Which concert did you attend, what year?

I camped outside waiting for Diablo 2 to be released, thats ages ago, was real fun chatting to people who are excited about the same thing you are. :D

What would the point be? Camp out for a week only to be told in the last minute that the game is delayed another three months?

I would rather just buy it through Steam on the release day. Then get the retail later on.

Please tell me you were kidding just there. Please!?

Man, I miss the old times when n00b, n3wb, nub (wtf is that??), and noob didn't exist and there was just newbie. It was acceptable to call someone a newbie because they really were .. new. It wasn't an insult and it wasn't some cool dude leet speak gibberish. I miss the multiplayer days of old when this leet crap didn't exist.

No offense to anyone, but leet speak in any form (even noob) is not and never was cool.. what a shame.

[/rant]

MAKE it stop!
