tried using 32 bit. Didn't seem to fix anything. I was told to use 24 bit targa in the Tutorial, but I'm presuming 32 bit is fine also.

Hey all. I have just spent the last day trying to get alpha maps working with a tree model I have created for my map.

I think the reason why people remake maps is because a) they're already proven to be awesome and balanced (if it was a popular map - SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE INFERNO!) and b) as ichi said; they don't feel like making or lack the inspiration/skill/time to make an original map.
I'm not saying it...
I stand by the fact that Facility was the single most awesomest map in goldeneye ever. That map alone took at least 200 hours of my life away from me.... and I don't care, caseu I loved every minute of it. Complex was too grey and bleh IMO

Ok using the Sound triggers I constructed a quick corridoor with a trigger in it of 100 Units in length (down the hall). Sound1 would trigger as soon as I entered the area and would trigger again when I left it. The results:
