The freakiest bad guy are thoose things that you see when your getting transported around the citadel. After that its thoose poison headcraps, mostly because they get you down to 1 HP, and if theres a combine soldier near, 1 hit kills you.

the 22nd im gonna have a operation and i have to stay for about a week at the hospital, but hey, im not gonna have to go to school 3 weeks after that :) And my birthday is one the 15th so ill have plenty money to buy HL2 (retail) :)
