I don't regret it, but it wasn't particularly fun either. It's basically a lot of boring sprinkled with small bits of excitement. And if you're in the Navy at least, no matter what your job description is, you're going to be a janitor.
I joined right after high school, so it did teach me...
Same thing with the ShopKo here. It's closing down next month, and you can already tell which games and movies are the crap of the crap because they're the only ones left.
My boyfriend and I watched L.A. Confidential again the other night. I couldn't honestly give this movie any less than a 10/10, and there are very few movies I could give that to. The acting is superb, Guy Pearce and Russell Crowe's best performances in my opinion. Great piece of film noir.
It never snows here, but we have a cold front that moved in from Alaska and parked itself over California, so it's been frickin cold these past few days. It's 36F here right now, which is crazy for California.
How so? I've only been in three and a half years and already eight different companies. That's what scares me.
On another note, I'm really enjoying the G11 I bought a few weeks ago. The keys are really soft, and although I haven't used the programmable keys yet, I'm sure I'll get good use...
Only in Hollywood can you get a job based on your popularity* instead of the quality of your work.
*In this case, the "famous for being famous" factor, ala Paris Hilton.
