I recently installed a new graphics card (evga geforce 275gtx), after that the problem came up.
When I turn on my computer it gets the windows loading screen and freezes. The 3 blue bars stop moving. I press the restart button and it proceeds to load fine.
So, now every time I want to turn on...
Here's the story. I had fallout 3 loaded up, walked a way for a moment and came back to screen showing all black with some glitchy blocks in the bottom right of the screen. I pressed the restart button and the motherboard splash screen came up and had all these vertical lines all over it, then...
yeah, i forgot about that. Crazy amount of detail. He made a lot of custom textures for little details too. do you remember the name of the machinima it was supposed to be on?

Well, the parts are in and to be honest there IS a BIG difference. GTA IV is totally playable now (I read that it supports quad core), I could see that saints row 2 ran better. Crysis is way better... all around improvement, along with using applications besides gaming (muti-tasking etc.) Thanks...
Well, I had already ordered the parts. I had heard performance would increase from a friend, then I thought to ask here. I'm puting it together tonight, so I will let you guys know. Soon I will probably buy a new video card.
I heard SLI was still messed up, and not working properly. Can u have v-sync on in sli?
