I don't know about Ultra but I am running 6800GT on 350W and I have 2xHD and 2xDVD

it's not like you a have choice. If you get Athlon 64 you would have to use beta version of Windows 64 and good luck finding 64 bit drivers for your hardware. Also, most of the tests I've seen so far show virtually no performance difference between 32 and 64 bit.. My next CPU is 32 bit P4 :D
