I have had this problem before and i know this sound silly but it works if u have windows xp i just do a system a restore to a day when it was working and that fixes my problem. otherwise i dunno

well as you can see if you click on that picture my task manager is screwed up i was trying to close is the other day and did something where i pulled the tabs away or something im not quite sure but all i want is those tabs back because everytime i open the task manager it looks like that.

no it didn't say not command at all, i have seen him say it to other people also then all of a sudden the start getting like a thousand ping and at first i thought he was just screwing with my rates but I was wrong.

This cs admin said say good by to your internet in cs and the n did some command it wosnt to my config it was to my actuall internet cuz the next thing i knew i couldnt even go to any websites at all! or connect to steam or anything, now my internet has returned a little but is slow as dog crap...

everything on my comp was fine till installed the 3.9's like when i tried to play call of duty with the 3.9's it gives FATAL ERROR: Couldn't Load open gl, I was good job ATi you guys have Award winning drivers. Sometimes i think i would be better off installing nvidia drivers on my ati card.
