I wanted to tell you that I owe you an apology. I couldn't have been more foolish or wrong about what is happening in the world and what a once great nation I love has become. I was young and foolishly self-absorbed. I've learned a lot from tragedies and triumphs. I'm sure you've grown and changed with passing time as I have, and perhaps your opinion has as well. I can only hope that I'm not remembered for being a selfish idiot.
