I once drank some Rum with an alcoholic content of ~60% and ever since can't go near the stuff. Can't at all remember what it was called but no amount of lager would wash the taste away. Makes me shudder just thinking of it.
I think it's one of the only field sports I've seen that has fat people in it. Number 75 for the Giants (I think) just had a massive gut, made me laugh.
All sports have good games and bad games, that game seemed a little boring to me but I'm no expert. The England v Scotland rugby on Saturday...
Couple of English newcomers who I'm hoping get the recognition they deserve.
Been listening to this song loads recently, really like his voice.
This guy has started to get a bit of attention. Big fan of Otis Redding and Bill Withers so this guy struck all the right chords (no pun...
You're last sentence is complete and utter bollocks so I'm just going to ignore it. Football was the name given to a variety of games which involved kicking the ball. The word Association was applied to a certain set of rules and as such Association Football (Soccer) was born. It's still...

Was at Leeds Festival over the weekend and amongst all the alcohol consumption I managed to go see a few bands.
By far the standout were Muse. Played the entirety of Origin of Symmetry back to back, it was so ****ing sweet!
I made the tough decision to go watch DFA 1979 instead of...
If these riots result in the cancellation of the first day of the football season, I'm going to be pissed. I was so relishing the idea of getting beaten by Man Utd on Sunday.
I got sent home from my work office in Birmingham early today. I only left at 15:00 but some more riots were apparently already kicking off. My office is literally next door to the train station so didn't really get to see much.
The police chief has said that there will be no need for army...
Robert Plant (Led Zep lead singer) lives in my town and is a member of our tennis club. I've met him once at some local charity gig, he bought a pint of Enville Ale.
