Can't edit my previous post, but today I got a news popup from Steam and the previous error message vanished. I can now get to the product page and add it to the shopping cart.

Not available in Germany. Edit: I guess the reason is that it can't be sold to minors here.

The problem is that Steam apparently deletes the "stored login info" which is required for offline mode to work, once it detects that there is an internet connection but can't contact the Steam auth servers. Must be an anti-piracy thing. Edit: Still down for me. :(

Steam is down since approx. 2 hrs. If you're logged in it's ok (apart from Friends being offline), but if you aren't logged in, you can't connect anymore.

Originally bunny hop was the same in CS and TFC, currently I think it isn't possible at all in CS, unless a server plugin implements it.
