Hahaha, that was awesome. The magic carpet ride was so unexpected, as were probably everything to the opposing players, as evident by the one rather-foul mouthed Counter-Terrorist with the alien grunts.
Forklifts FTW!
Finally got to play Jagd. Really neat map, lots of areas to hide and such. The demolition mode and such does make the game seem a bit more pitched in battle, since usually to let a bomb go off you *have* to stay near it for a long enough time that the other side can't disarm it. The...
Really? Cool, I didn't get to play Jagd today, all the servers I went on were still on Colmar. I guess that's alright, but I would indeed like to see Jagd. Defending/Attacking always seems a bit more... interesting and such, waiting for the next attack, and the like.
I'd be in, although...
Putting the name of The Lord on a coin is a big step away from having Him in politics. Trust me, I'd rather not have Christianity get into politics, as the brand practiced by most of the "Conservative Christians" isn't very "Christiany".
Again, how offensive are words? I know a few atheists who could care less as well, it doesn't hinder them in their daily lives, and therefore it's not a big concern. The one girl just skips that line in the pledge. It's really not that difficult.
No, but small concessions or reflections on what the majority of the populace is would do to perhaps keep them from making larger demands.
*shrugs* True enough, however, I've never viewed "Under God" as an endorsement of any particular religion. It doesn't say "Protestant-King...
*shrugs* I truthfully don't care. If they changed the Pledge tomorrow to not have God mentioned, I wouldn't care. Little things like those shouldn't get as much attention as they do, I think. Personally, I'd rather focus Congressional and Court time on things that benefit society like...
I got to play the Colmar map. I was a little surprised, that both sides had targets the others could blow up. I was hoping for one map to be entirely defense for the one side, and entirely offense for the other, and vice versa for the other map.
Oh well, still a neat map and type of game...
Trust me, if there was enough pressure to do things like change this to a Theocracy or make murder legal (Or even invalidate the Constitution), and had massive public support in that, it would happen. There's only a certain limit to where you can say "Constitutional Democracy" and ignore what...
Dude... the country was like, 97% Christian during that time. There *were* no Christian nuts like you'd think today. Sure, there were people who took the Bible literally and such, but back then, there weren't people constantly protesting that stuff, because the overwhelming majority of...
Oooh, when the German came up and killed the Allied troop... that just looked so... painful. D=
Can't wait to see this type of gameplay though, should be neat.
I usually notice the Machine Gunners have the most kills of any other user on a server. The trick though for them is to actually get into a spot that the opposing side won't expect, and after a while, having to move before the same guys come back and grenade you. If not... well, I usually...
