Actually, if you click on the round button with the gun icon, it will fire only that gun. You can also change the type of shot the cannon is using by right-clicking the same icon. I agree with everything else you mention though. The game feels very unpolished.

I really thought that spy's could sabotage.. that's what I get for not playing in such a long time.

If I remember correctly, you can only deploy the stakes for archers at the beginning of the battle by pressing the button normally used for fire arrows. I don't think spy's can kill in either game, thats what the assassin is for. However, you could use the spy to sabotage the enemy buildings...

Although from the start there was a possibility that there was piracy involved, there were no "dots" that would really stand out to me that told me he got whatever it is illegally. You were just jumping to conclusions. Seems like you were adding your own dots to make your picture look better...

I will stick with my Zen even though this does look pretty cool. :O
