14 year old gets 7 years for shoving hall moniter

Zeus, what is your problem with the groups you mentioned.

I don't know what makes you think you, a reasonably well off white kid, has the right to slander and call for the abolishment of groups such as the ones you mentioned that do good work helping people who's lives have been ruined by racism.

Are you saying that because I am white, I am not allowed to speak my mind? Face it, the organizations ARE racist. "Black Entertainment Television"? "National Association for the Advancement of Colored People"? And I think you are a fool for mentioning my ethnicity as if it made a difference.

Same regurgitated arguments every person with semi-racist views says. Go out into the real world, form your own opinion, and then get back to us.

No.

I'm white. So what? Does this prevent me from discussing other races? That's ridiculous. I don't know what Zeus first posted (I haven't even looked), but his last post is spot on.

That is just plain wrong, giving that child 7 years.

4 score & a whole heck of alot of years ago when I was in High School, had such a thing happened, the pushing I mean, the student would have gotten a detention & had to tell the person he pushed "I'm sorry". Perhaps I missed it, but what caused the 14 year old to push the hall monitor to begin with?

Yes, affirmative action is retarded.

Now that we've settled that, let's move on.

14 year old wanted to get into school early or some crap, there must be more to it because you don't push people out of the way just to get into school early. To get out yes I'd be kicking people left right and center. I love America always makes me laugh in the morning.

Maybe it's because of :

Shaquanda's mother, Creola Cotton, does not dispute that her daughter can behave impulsively and was sometimes guilty of tardiness or speaking out of turn at school--behaviors that she said were manifestations of Shaquanda's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, for which the teen was taking prescription medication.

Nor does Shaquanda herself deny that she pushed the hall monitor after the teacher's aide refused her permission to enter the school before the morning bell--although Shaquanda maintains that she was supposed to have been allowed to visit the school nurse to take her medication, and that the teacher's aide pushed her first.

Yes, because taking medicine before school is really, in the scheme of things, "crap". Perhaps the thousands of other American kids who have to take medicine before school are "crap" as well, hmm ? :rolling:

If this is upheld, it's further proof of the stupidity of the Justice League... I mean, the Legal System in America.
