2 Chapter 9s!

For some reason, there are 2 'Chapter 9's: Nova Prospekt and Entanglement. Sorry if this has been posted before but if you look in 'New Game', 'Chapter 9' appears twice. Is this chapter divided into two or is it just a glitch?
