actually, it makes more sense that they are his real parents. They could have lost him due to themselves being blind (thus him being at an orphanage), then he accidentally killed his first set of adoptive parents, then most likely later on, his real parents re-adopted him.

It obviously is though. 'Original set of foster parents' leaves the floor open to the current parentage and it's also hilarious and I never noticed it before.
