3ds max loading problem

Okay, been using Max 7 for a while now but suddenly now whenever I load it up and it is loading the plugins, it just quits. Any suggestions? I've tried re-installing but nothing....

when you uninstall and reinstall it leaves some of the old files there ...some of them are scenes ..backup the scenes , delete the old folder and do a fresh clean install thats all i can think of.
if that doesnt work reformat ur hard drive.
