i started photoshop about 2 weeks ago

The second to last, I'd recommend making the brushes less obvious. You can clearly see the rings from where the brush is and it makes it particularly ugly. Good start, though, I'd recommend cleaning them up with some more shading.

Do you have a tablet?

photoshop isnt a good drawing program ..unless you have a tablet ..it's more of a painting program ..I use illustrator to draw what I want and photoshop to "paint" it

Ah, Tone and Shading would need some work here, nice job though.
