A.I. Disabled...?????

Okay now i have this message in the bottom right hand corner of my screen that is always on and wont go away. It says A.I. Disabled... The effects of this are that no enemies move and nor do anyone that is supposed to help me. I am at the poison gas area and I cant go any further in result of this. Does anyone have any idea what caused this or even how to fix it?

You probably have warez game.
You should write in console "bind mouse1 kill"
Than motion of AI will be active
