A question about the Combine elite

i would like to know if this is a definiete character in hl2. i mean are you guys sure that he is in the game? confirmed? becuase if he is: &%**%&ing unreal!! that is oine of the most coolest looking bad guys in hl2. i am guessing you probably wont see them until you get to the combine tower (breens personal guards maybe?) but he just looks awesome. the idea of having the combine: Cop, soldier and the the Special Forces type is absolutely genius from valve-BRAVO

What doy you guys reckon!

no because you look at the image in the baddies section and the elite is different shape to the female assasin, hence male version

They are probably like the Male assasins in Opfor, like grunts but smarter and maybe sometimes wielding sniper rifles

HL: Security guard, Marine, Black Op, Assasin.

HL2: Metrocop, Combine Soldier, Combine Elite, Combine Assasin.

I suppose the last two for both could go the other way, too... which were more deadly in the original games; the Assasins, or the Black Ops?

The combine look like an excellent enemy. I'm looking forward indeed to fighting them - look like they will be tough enough, with a wide variety of methods to hurt you, and with an actually interesting background.

The assasins were harder in my opinion, they have good agility jumping about and around boxes where as black ops just hunted you down if you tried to flee and used the firepower they had at thier disposal...but they did come in squads which gave them strength
