I am at the end (I think) how do I stop his bubble at the top? I have destroyed the two drop ships but cant stop him from making it to the top and then I die for not stopping a time critical event????????????????????

You can take out just one of the combine gunships and then position yourself in such a way to shield yourself from the other gunship while sucking plasma balls and banging away at the shielding on the portal. This gives you more time to destroy the portal before Breen escapes.

just destroy the 2 dropships quickly, then go as far right as you can until you see the metal shields on top of the tube, under the portal, and just keep shooting them... then the guy is like WTF and he lets a bunch of velociraptors after you, they jump out of cages, like metal ones... and they have claws.
