I dunno where to post this so i put it here...

Did all the Race-X die in the end of OpFor(Half-Life Opposing Force)i mean did they all teleport to black mesa and get killed???

Probably, cause Valve made it quite clear that they aren't going to continue with race-X.

we don't know what happened at the end of Opfor except that Shephard destroyed something that seemed to be holding one of the Xen created portal storms open thus allowing Race X to come through

Doubtful. If the Combine got ahold of Race-X, they could've easily modified the gene worm to create local teleportation. Also, it's my personal belief that Race-X were on Xen long before the portal storms (no matter what Laidlaw says).

Also, Azner, this is something that could go in the Singleplayer Mythology forum, for future reference.
