Ok, maybe a wierd question, but do you guys have any advices or webpages with advices on ACROBATICS? i'm maybe a bit too old for any extremes, but i've been training martial arts for quite some time, so i'm not that rusty! i want to have a better balance, dexterity,...more pratctical tricks are welcome, like learning to fall or falling from heights...

thank you

something like this http://www.wimp.com/jumpers/

no webpages, i can provided help though. To go directly to your comment, falling is easy, if you havent figured out already. When you hit the ground you bend your knees like your going over on all fours, and then almost into the sprinters position, at this point, i drop my right arm to its elbow, and bent my head up like i'm trying to touch my ear to my left shoulder, then its just a roll basically. Right before i roll, i have my whole right forarm, left toes and top right of head all on the ground. This is pretty much the same thing if your trying to do a jump roll over something like a bench also. Other stuff i could help with:
kick ups (no hands, 1 hand, 2 hands, straight legged)
front handsprings (easiest trick, i can do these off anything, realisticaly speaking)
front flips
back flips
hand stands (woohoo)
stretches

you need to be flexible, just for refrence, if i sit with my legs directly out in front (seperated a bit) i can pick a quarter up off the ground with my mouth. Standing up i can kiss my knees, i can do the splits and butterfly sit with my feet all the way in and legs all the way down, however i am double jointed in my ankles so in a butterfly position i can get so close i can sit on top of my feet and still have my legs perfectly flat on the ground. Stretching can get boring, so what i like to do is do it while i'm doing something else also, like watching tv, reading, or doing homework. Just sit on the floor and do them both.

For the other stuff, i enjoy wrestling. It gives you a full workout, and makes you more aware of yourself. Just pick a friend and go at it. My friend and i get serious but not too serious. We wrestle until tap out, so there's pain involved but it's fun if your both ready to stop when someone gets too hurt. Really id say just practice, there's nothing you can really work on to get a better handstand than just practice. You’ll develop those muscles as needed.
