It has been quite a while since I have played this game but I have some fond memories of it. Today I went to the official website, to see if my old account could be activated. It has been almost 3 years since I played but it was still there. I have 26 honor and all the extra training for sniper and medic. I never bothered with special forces training. Is it worth it?
My favorite level back in the 1.7 days was Bridge Crossing. Simple premise: assault team has to cross a bridge to reach the target; defense team has to stop them from doing this. I have played it countless times but it never got old. It's prolly the first map I am gonna play after this sucky 170kb/s @ GamersHell download finishes. Anyone else play AA atm?

I used to play that game a lot stopped playing like a year ago my account is 34 honor not that much, the game has a very loyal fan base, very small thou…

Never could get into AA...

The damn training missions piss me off.
Still can't do the second parachute training thing.

Making my choice of servers very limited.

My favourite level was the one where the assault parachuted in at night in a heeuuuge field, and the defence were all cramped up in a small trench.

That's why I was so relieved that my old account was still there. If I had to have gone through basic training all over again I probably wouldn't have downloaded it.

I remember the 1st parachute training being glitchy. I landed in the circle without crippling anything numerous times, when suddenly I landed exactly as many times before, but this time it was considered a good landing.

And then the stat servers went down.

And I had to do it all over again.

Been playing for anout an hour. It's still a cool game. It takes a lot of patience tho. No respawn during a ten minute round is pretty long when you get killed early. I like the semi-realism of it tho. It's no run 'n' gun UT kinda game. Altho it's based on the engine iirc.

Yeah and the defence weren't able to leave the trech. There were some pretty spectacular looking firefights. I loved doing suicide rush jumps on that map; you could land pretty darn close (30 or so feet) from the objective if you did it right. Then get up and run like hell as lead flew all around you.

I used to be a huge fan of this game.

-edit- holy shit I still have it installed. It's been over a year..

I use to like AA until they added SF and it became a bit...gay

SF seems to have no real scope, I got confused sometimes of who to shoot, because you had arabs with you and id shoot them on accident.
