Animating question

Hi.

I have a question about animating. I Have startet a link constraint between the magazine and hand that starts on, lets say frame 30. at frame 40 i want the link constraint to end så i can move both the mag and hand free around.. is there anyway to do this? or have i got myself into a dead end?
