Any Way To Cancel Silver Order And Get Gold?

I WANT GOLD
BECAUSE THE PRELOAD ISNT WORKING
i HAVE 3.2 GIGS OF GCF FILES
BUT I DIDNT EVEN GET TO A PRELOAD SCREEN!
NOW THE UPDATE IS TAKING FOREVER

Buying the Gold version will not get you a CD for HL2. You download the files just like silver or bronze.

But anyway, go to the steam webpage and click on the gold. It should subtract how much you have already paid. At least it does for me.
