Anyone have an idea why no one can see my spray?

I have tried importing my custom spray through the spray importer and when I ask if other people can see it they say no...so I'm wondering if I put my JPG in the correct folder or what not, does anyone else have this problem? I see to be the only one that can see my own spray. Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure it needs to be a .tga

Can u see it? if you can they can. Unless you turned off cl_allowupload.

You can use jpgs but if yuo want transparency and stuff use .tga
