I finally was able to replicate what happened a few days ago.

Did you know that before you meet alyx, and youre on the rooftops and getting shot at there is an APC down there. Noclip down and you can get in it

It says the turbo/handbrake messege like a buggy but you cant drive it, you just get into it

Valve let a lot of loose ends in the game, APC was going to be a driveable vechicle early on

Hehe, that reminds me, don't pick up APC's with the super gravity gun. For me, it lags so much!
