I know there's already been a huge thread on this topic, but as I was skimming through it, it dawned on me none of you saw the alternate login details in the actual game. They're on the wall inside the little alcove with all the writing on in the Companion Cube test. (If you actually did, my apologies for repeating all of this).

I've just only discovered this myself whilst going through the game again to unlock achievements (xbox360 version for ya), but I can say in addition to the Apply.exe file, there is also 1 called notes.exe, that gives a brief history of Aperture Scienses from foundership. All I'll say is this: shower curtains.
I'm off back to look more!

There's also a new command "play", not figured it yet.
Also, "interrogate" now just keeps saying Unknown Employee. Any suggestions?
Finally, with the new "play" command, if you say play portal, it redirects you to youtube, but alas the video has been removed.
