ATI maps?

Has there been any mention of the ATI maps with HDR that were supposed to come out?


I'd really like to see those levels.



Also, I wonder if they will change the SDK so we can make our own levels use the HDR...

Yes because most of us are happy for any kind of new content whether it be a model or a map.

But I get disappointed when they tell us about things, and then we don't hear any word of it after they announce it...

1)Whatever date they announce for something, always expect it to come months/years later.
2)Some things announced may not be completed or updated for years
3)Estimations are absolutely no use for guessing release dates, if they say a few months we are in trouble.

Nope thats just 1 level featuring the HDR. ATI levels will be for hardcore comps. HDR doesnt take a lot of power.

Now students, look closely. This syndrome is called "I'm a f**cking sheep Syndrome" And only occurs in stupid Half-life 2 gamers who don't know all the f**cking facts, and instead follow what every other stupid f**cking moron is saying. If you see one of these people, continue to poke them with a sharp instrument or stick.

Having said that, I can't wait to see if the new ATI levels will run on my hardware.
