Automatically Download Maps

I can now auto download maps, but i'm sure something has messed up. As now all my maps seen brighter, has anybody else had this prob ???????

I joined a fy_pool_day_css server yesterday, and steam downloaded the map. It didn't download the wall textures though, so all the walls were just lines and I could see through them. I was teh wallhax0r. It sucked though. Guess there's something wrong with the map-download function ..
