AVI Videos!

For some reason, my windows media player will not play AVI videos, when i try to play one, the sound will play as it is happening, but no video! Anyone know why? Or what i can do to get past this? Thanks!

It could be that the AVI is compressed with divx. go to http://divx.com and get the player. It comes with the codec so your win media player will play divx after you install the codec. or you can use the divx player.
