I read somewhere that you can't enchant with Azura's Star.

And just now, I read that you CAN.

So which is true???

If it's that you can, then that's REALLY useful.

Azura's Star acts like a grand soul gem, the only difference is that it doesn't disappear after you use it, so you can fill it with another soul after its been used. The only thing it can't do is hold humanoid souls.

Yes, you can do everything a normal soul gem can do, enchant and restore enchanted items.
