I had hl2 downloaded and cs source (100% on both) too and i burn the gcfs (all of them) to a dvd now i formated my computer and i reinstaled steam, waited for it to update itself and logong with my account when i saw steam running ( it was downloading normal cs update ) i clicked exit ( i closed the icone in the taskbar) and copyed the gcfs to the steamapps now when u clikc half life 2 it says its only at 50% cs source and normal cs is at 0%.
