The fact that Gates stayed at the head of the business for so many years after he became obscenely rich is really a testament to the kind of person he is - and others like him are.
They don't do it for the money...you couldn't possibly. To run a large multinational company is a life where you spend every waking hour at work. To make it possible you would have to adore your work.
