I thought they used real photographed skys for the skyboxes...so wtf?

Maybe its a bug and the sun effect isn't matching up with the sun on the skybox.

Or maybe they intended it. :)

Can anybody else confirm the double sun?

Will check later...maybe its something to do with the plot me thinks...

i checked my screenshots but couldnt find any double suns, yet i found some screenshots WITHOUT a sun - instead of it, theres a structureless grey hole in the clouds.

maybe an engine issue .. o_O

Fascinating... if you’re right then this couldn’t be the Sol system. Boy that would change everybody's theories. This jogged my memory about something Dr. Breen said that I always thought hinted at something deeper. “You have chosen or been chosen to relocate to one of our finest remaining urban centers… …whether you're here to stay, or passing through on your way to parts unknown…” Parts unknown? That’s awfully cryptic. I wouldn’t think too many folks would be on their way to parts unknown on earth. Most of earth has been charted and any “parts unknown” would be highly inhospitable for “Relocation.”

thats not two suns! thats just two breaks in the clouds with the sun shining through.

Agreed. As for the parts unknown I think Breen is hinting that they will probably be getting sent to Nova Prospect.
