The E3 2003 Binks were realesed over the summer of 2003, and then stopped. It wasn't until 6 months later that they finally released the final three.
As we have seen, history repeats itself. I predict the new (rest of the) binks won't be avaliable until mid-November. It would be a good way to advertise for the game.
Although, it would make sense to release the one bink (with Gergori and Freeman getting attacked by the fast zombies) around Halloween. The creepiness of the video would make sense.
