blunt trainer?

im looking for a tier 2 blunt trainer
i know of the one in the fighter's guild in anvil
but who's after that? i havent been given a quest to find them for some reason

Obliviowiki negates the need for looking like a fool on forums. Not that this question makes you look like a fool because IMO trainers are the hardest people to find.
