Ive seen this poster alot, but what makes it different its alone in some places like it means something. It says born on it with the hand and the symbol maybe it means that gordon was made in a lab or something to be a perfect assistant etc, maybe thats why he is so dispensible in the eyes of the people he meets.

Or it could mean he was destined to do what he is doing? I aint to sure just wanted to see what anyone else thinks.

More than likely it means birth of the Resistance since the Lambda symbol is used as a sign of the Resistance.

I thinks it's just birth of the resistance or born free. Combine soldier seem to be converted from people that were born the natural way.

What was it Breen was talking about at the beginning? Fountain of youth? The combine are offering immortality to the human race? So what would be the point of allowing breeding if the population is going to live for ever? The human population will continue to grow and grow, the population will become so too big to manage, the combine will see a huge human population a possible threat to their power, so to keep the human population in check at a controllable level they ban breading. Forcing humans to stop being human.
But the main goal for every human is to breed, and pass on their genes . so they resist.
Humanity has only ever witnessed wars that were fort for power, for politics or for one man, now its is witnessing a war not only for the survival of humanity, but for the survival of all living organisms as we know it, they are fighting for the right to give birth, the right for humans to be born! Well that’s the way I see it.
